Energetic blocks are a space of resistance; internal checkpoints. These are the limits of what we've known and explored. Reaching this point in our experience feels like everything is beginning to come to an end.
Reaching this point is not the end. Despite this awareness, it can feel like the end of everything, for us. It is, however, just the end of what we've known. A reminder that there is a little spark of a path beyond this.
These blocks can show up as subconscious resistance when we are attempting to reach out and move towards the other side. The blocks, just like any other energetic resistance, want to be experienced before we can move on to the other side. This is exactly why we need to learn to be present with our emotions. It might not always have a solution or a well-defined path towards our purpose or spiritual growth. But just being present with it, allows us to move through it. The clarity, wisdom and next step of action lie beyond this energetic block.
We may believe that we have confronted all the energetic blocks. But just like when you remove a tray from a tray dispenser another one fills it in, energetic blocks are similar to this. We may believe this is the 'last' phase of our spiritual development. But that is not the truth. The more we confront it, the more we have to face it. This is because we are always expanding, and there is no limit to this growth. This is why we need to learn to be with the struggle, grief, and resentment that comes with moving through the resistance barrier.
One of the biggest blocks in our life is that we believe that other people, external circumstances or an inconvenient timeline are what lies between us and our vision. The truth is, the only thing that stops us from going to the other side is ourselves. It is the reasoning or the solace that we give ourselves on why we weren't meant to be on the other side. The only that can move us through any blocks are intention, focus and moving through the experience one step at a time. And not falling for our mind stories.
We waver every time we think that things haven't gone our way. We fight it again and again. Assuming that we were in charge what happens to us. The only energy that we have been in charge of is our conscious thought process, actions and the way we express ourselves or communicate our perceptions.
