Being is the quality of 'is', or 'it just is'.
When we live in a world that functions in the way of beliefs, thoughts and systems, we begin to unconsciously relate ourselves to it. But the thing with this relation is that these patterns have a grasping capacity. We begin considering it as absolutes. However, as biological beings we are transient, so this pattern is also something that needs to be released. We create our suffering when we avoid letting go of this attachment.
When we begin noticing the emotions and energies within us just for what it is, their existence - we stop relating to them. Rather we begin experiencing its presence for what is and allow this complexity to be a fleeting experience and not the identity of us.
When we sit with an energetic or emotional resistance, it eventually passes through. Similarly, the energies within us, which sometimes we might consider as definite patterns or an identity are also constantly transforming.
This is why there is no concrete sense of 'I', it is always fleeting. The idea of 'I' is best used as grammatic expressions, in conversations and engagements - as a means of relating one human with another.
'Being' means experiencing life as it comes from moment to moment, collapsing any form of judgement. This is where our conscious nature and deliberate actions come in.
Our identities keep us stuck in patterns. If we want to get out of a pattern we have got to practise non-judgement. It trains us to look past all that we have known to be.
Our natural way of being is associated with an innate sense of freedom. Of not being bound by any circumstance, mind stories, blanket judgements, criticisms, societal patterns or human relations. It's about being so free in yourself, that you are no longer swayed by the looming illusion of wanting to control circumstances created by these thought patterns.
It means to surrender yourself to a life of complete freedom. And despite how scary the idea of this may all seem, the truth is that you are divinely supported. Let yourself go.
And no matter how contradictory it might sound, this is not about staying still and doing nothing. It is more about consciously aligning with yourself time and again, and letting yourself break free through all the extents that you previously imagined to be a final limit. Being so involved in cultivating and sharing your bliss forward that nothing else matters anymore.
