Clarity is a profound sense of knowing or a clear direction. It is intuitive. It is a sudden realization; unexpecting, and can catch us off guard. It is the result of intentionally exploring your curiosity, and keeping your heart open despite the uncertainty of what could be revealed from it.
Receiving clarity on any aspect of your life requires you to deep dive into your daily choices. It is the product of deliberate thinking, wondering and connecting the dots. It asks you to reflect time and again, so through this process, what is important to you is revealed.
Clarity can often arise through confusion. It requires us to master the skills of stillness, curiosity, observation and openness. Most times, it also requires us to keep calm in the chaos and be patient while everything unfolds in its time. It teaches us to manage our emotions, so they don't hinder the traction moving us through.
This isn't an easy journey. It requires one to meet their truth, which can feel intimidating when they are not ready to see it. It can be painful, traumatic even. One can receive clarity, only when they are ready to face this confusion. It can feel heartbreaking most days and shatter the world as we know it. With this loss, it asks you to get up once again. This time moving with the resolve of what truly matters.
