On Presence, Transformation and Acceptance

The range of our ideals change from moment to moment. It isn't a constant. The intensity with which one considers different ideals as important to them, also exists in various ranges.

Introspection has a way of revealing that you're not the same person, as you were some time ago. When we define and prioritize the meaning of our internal parameters, it helps us to discern our values from others.

This is what it means to be in flow. When we become aware of behavioural patterns, it reveals our conditioning. Most of these behaviours are habitual. Awareness brings forth a conscious change that necessitates our human evolution. It helps us to unlearn others' ideas and grow into true selves. We learn to be consciously driven by our values, rather than external parameters.

Change takes place in subtleties. A conscious change teaches us to leave behind the illusions of what we've been told is important and to embody our truth.

Embodying our truth is a slow, deliberate conscious shift. This change can never happen in leaps but in small minute steps. Sometimes these steps cannot be fathomed. But, the objective is to keep choosing your stillness, and remembering your values.

Many times through this progress, we can face resistance. Resistance is a subconscious block, which we have learned to neglect. In the face of resistance, our attitudes toward can impact our engagement with it. Resistance is an invitation to curiosity.

This compassionate curiosity can encourage your subconscious to reveal everything repressed throughout your lifetime. This makes way to meet the parts that have been neglected, to get to know them and to integrate them into your whole self. It is an opportunity to further our self-expression.

Your favoured and unfavoured parts, all deservedly exist. All of them make you. When we learn to accept those parts that aren't by others, we learn to reclaim our personal power.

As humans, our evolution is constant and inevitable. When we give ourselves permission to surrender to the change, we allow our lives to reveal their divinity.
