Unconscious Thoughts and Conscious Thoughts

Unconscious thoughts are those ideas that are organically formed in our nervous system. These are based on genetics and are hereditary. The collective culture and everyday social life also influence the development of our unconscious thoughts.

These thoughts are habitual and mostly reactive. It is based on past experiences.

Actions driven by Pattern > Awareness - Pause & Reflect > Presence > Dissolved Barriers > Embodiment > Expression

Conscious thoughts are deliberate. These thoughts are mind-led. It is our moment-to-moment routine. It is a doer; a leader.

Our conscious thoughts allow us to be aware of the spectrum of thoughts moving through our stream of consciousness. This awareness enables us to discern the narratives we'd like to progress with and leave behind those hindering our growth. It allows us to choose the narrative with which we would prefer to lead as sovereign. The conscious thoughts leave room for new possibilities.

Our triggers stem from our unconscious mind. When we become aware of our narratives, our conscious minds help us shift our narratives to help evolve and mature our emotional quotient. Being human requires us to constantly adapt to the changes happening in our individual lives, as well as in the collective world.

With every circumstance, when we use our conscious minds to improve our experiences, we deliberately shift the outdated programming of our unconscious minds. It requires active participation. It allows us to reframe our narratives, reflect on our thought processes and bring clarity to our discernment.

These unconscious barriers gradually dissolve, freeing up space, and allowing us to embody and express our true selves irrespective of the circumstances.

Unknown unconscious (Led by fear, comparison, and disconnection) > Unknown conscious (Led by trust, truth, and creating connection with others)
