I feel life should be like this - flexible. To reach your goals - you need to keep some beliefs, let go of some, and come back to other beliefs when necessary. Do what is needed right now. Just focus on the step. When you have a vision, you owe it to yourself to reach it. At every step of the way - you are gonna encounter so many signs that tell you it's not for you. You can use these signs as inspirations to expand or heavy baggage that needs to be dropped. You need to travel light.
The pain that we feel in these experiences is resistance. Resistance can show up in the form of wanting to control a circumstance or an outcome. The most ugly form of this is complaining and victimizing oneself when we cannot see it. When you continue your way to the vision, you are NOT going to see results overnight. If you have the vision - you need to keep going towards NO MATTER WHAT shows up along the way. It helps to rid the qualities you need and prepare a form that you absolutely need to HOLD AND NURTURE your vision. Do not be afraid. Your vision is your light. Trust in the becoming. You can't take your time and energy tending the weeds - when you can simply pluck it off and be back on your way.
The most important quality one can cultivate in this period is - Self- Trust! Others ARE gonna judge you. Just accept this. Yes, they are. But your focus should be brought back to your curated routine, and intentional actions. You only have YOURSELF to lean back upon. People are NEVER gonna believe what they cannot see. But you? YOU HOLD YOUR VISION AND JUST KEEP GOING!
The idea is to NOT stop. And to make it a way of life. Because your vision is a marathon. NOT a sprint. Take up the pauses as needed. It is you coming for air. You get stronger with each break. It gives you a minute to re-align. Breaks are so, so essential.
ALWAYS pick the dirt track! Whenever you are going on a dirt track remember - It is a new, unknown space. No one has tread there. And if you know your direction, the dirt track helps you to keep your pace with no distractions. Like the horses' eye blinders. It is what will take you to your vision - rather than the well-made pavements - which are available only to a limited physical extent.
Today, it is exactly what I did. I showed up. I trusted. I followed through. The vision set home in the process of integrity and discipline. Showing up DESPITE the resistance takes you towards the creative flow. Growth happens in the un-glorious, tiresome, boring moments. Especially in the times that you DON'T feel like doing it. Repetitions help you BECOME your vision. The completion and momentum follow. It's just the way it is. Keep going until your vision comes to LIFE!
This is a post reminding me why I need to keep going. I know it already. Sometimes a reminder is nice. Showing up is ALL that matters :)
